The emergency doctor of the 10th hospital directly arranged for her to be perfused with hemoperfusion to adsorb toxins.
There is no specific antidote to diquatat poisoning, which can be absorbed by the digestive tract, respiratory tract, eyes or skin mucous membranes, and quickly distributed throughout the body after entering the human body, causing functional damage to various organs, and in severe cases, death can occur within hours or days. Fortunately, the girl had a small amount of accidental ingestion, sought medical treatment in time for gastric lavage in the local area, and had symptoms of vomiting.
After first aid such as blood perfusion by the emergency doctors of the 10th Hospital, the girl was rescued from the "ghost gate", but this does not mean that the treatment is over. Zhou Shuqin, the attending physician of the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of Shanghai Tenth Hospital, told the family that it is impossible to say that this kind of patient can be cured in three to five days, for example, the kidney function indicators are good for hemodialysis, and they may go up again in two days, so they should be psychologically prepared.
For patients with herbicide poisoning, kidney, liver, and lung damage is present early in the course of the disease, and the earlier the treatment, the higher the success rate of rescue. It is gratifying that after the girl was transferred from the emergency room to the EICU, all indicators were good, there was no discomfort, and she was successfully discharged from the hospital after about a week of observation, and the prognosis is good after follow-up.
