However, with the increase in the number of electric vehicles in the community in the past two years, the carport and charging piles in the community have gradually exceeded the demand, and the problem of electric vehicle charging and parking for residents has once again been placed in front of the "troika" of the community.
Under the guidance of the Quyang Road Street Management Office, a few days ago, the General Party Branch of Dongti Residential Area took the lead, and the "troika" of the neighborhood committee, property and business committee began to promote the new construction of intelligent charging parking sheds.

The space is close to the gate of the community, making it easy for residents to enter and exit, and the renovation work not only empowers the idle space of the community, but also improves the convenience of residents' lives.
At present, a total of 60 charging sockets are set up in the newly built parking shed, and the charging fee is one yuan for five hours. This "new home" of electric vehicles has effectively alleviated the parking problem of electric bicycles in the community.
The relevant person in charge of the Quyang Road Street Management Office said that the street is continuing to improve the software and hardware facilities of the community, enhance the quality of community life, and meet the needs of residents for a better life through the renovation of "beautiful homes" and community micro-renovation projects.
