In order to further strengthen the judicial protection of intellectual property rights and help optimize the business environment under the rule of law, on April 24, the Ningde Intermediate People's Court publicly heard a trademark infringement dispute case and held a "civil bank" coordination symposium on judicial protection of intellectual property rights. Representatives of Ningde Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Customs, Culture and Tourism Bureau and other units were invited to observe the trial and participate in the discussion.
During the trial, the parties presented evidence and debated the key points of the case, and expressed their arguments, and the whole trial process was smooth and orderly.
The observers said that through observing the trial, they took a real legal education class, which benefited them a lot, and played a positive role in strengthening the connection and coordination between the administration and the judiciary and forming a joint force for the protection of intellectual property rights.
At the meeting, the Ningde Intermediate People's Court reported on the work of intellectual property adjudication since 2023, spoke freely and frankly with the participants, and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on how to further improve the judicial and administrative collaborative protection mechanism for intellectual property rights.
In the next step, the Ningde Intermediate People's Court will continue to play the role of intellectual property adjudication, severely punish intellectual property infringement and criminal acts in accordance with the law, effectively strengthen the judicial protection of intellectual property rights, and provide strong judicial services and guarantees for the healthy development of the business environment under the rule of law.
