During the 2024 Intellectual Property Publicity Week, the first batch of intellectual property service groups in Putuo District was officially unveiled, and the special measures of the Putuo District Intellectual Property Service Group were released, continuing to promote more extensive coverage, more accurate focus, and more optimized efficiency of intellectual property services, so as to comprehensively improve enterprises' sense of access and satisfaction with the regional intellectual property business environment.

1. Assist the intellectual property management department to carry out industrial patent navigation, and provide relevant suggestions for the four key industries in Putuo District to strengthen, extend and supplement the chain.

4. Carry out transaction brokerage services such as intellectual property licensing and transfer, actively participate in the construction of patent supermarkets in Putuo District, and help the docking of intellectual property supply and demand and transaction flow.
5. Provide consulting on intellectual property strategy, management, and practice, and carry out professional services such as in-depth implementation of standards.
6. Carry out special lectures on intellectual property rights, salon seminars, public welfare consultations and other services to help enhance the awareness of intellectual property rights of the whole people.
7. Provide professional legal services such as intellectual property litigation agency, rights protection assistance, mediation, etc., to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of market entities in the region.
8. Carry out intellectual property legal services in business activities such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, liquidation, investment and financing, strengthen intellectual property due diligence services, and provide support for intellectual property innovation and entrepreneurship.
9. Provide protection services such as overseas intellectual property early warning and foreign-related intellectual property rights protection assistance to help enterprises become more familiar with and better use of international intellectual property rules.
10. Provide intellectual property pledge financing product support for enterprises that have settled in Putuo and will soon settle in Putuo, and open up green channels to carry out "three excellent" services (priority approval, priority increase, and preferential interest rate).
11. Focus on industrial parks where science and technology enterprises gather and have strong financing needs in the region, organize bank-enterprise docking activities, increase policy publicity and financing product promotion, and deepen the work of intellectual property pledge financing to benefit enterprises in the park.
