Second, all market entities should strengthen cooperation, work together, and actively explore a cooperation model with controllable risks, reasonable costs, and equal responsibilities and rights for all parties. It should be noted that after 20 years of development and accumulation, financial institutions have a deeper understanding and understanding of industry customers and product profit models, domestic credit construction is becoming more and more perfect, and with the increasing maturity of digital technology, the construction machinery and equipment used in the market can be controlled in real time, and the current environment and technical conditions for manufacturers to guarantee are becoming more and more mature. Third, the association will continue to create conditions for the promotion of the work, for example, financial institutions concerned about the disposal of the valuation of the second hand and other unfounded issues, the association has been established to carry out the "general technical specifications for the detection and evaluation of second-hand equipment of construction machinery" group standards, and the next will carry out the preparation of the group standards for the second hand appraiser;For example, the release of information on market development, the association will officially release the construction machinery market index including 7 categories of products from April 2024 and so on.
