Special Rules:
1. The driver is at least 16 years old;
2. The speed shall not exceed 15 km/h;
3. Turn on the lighting device at night or when driving in low visibility conditions such as fog, rain, snow, sand, hail, etc.;

5. E-bike drivers and passengers wear safety helmets. where provisions are violated, a warning or a fine of between 20 and 50 RMB shall be given.
