In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the city's township (street) emergency management agency business standardization construction, comprehensively promote the business standardization construction of grassroots emergency management institutions, and accelerate the modernization of the grassroots emergency management system and capacity, the Xiqing District Emergency Management Bureau "opened a small stove" in Jingwu Town and created a pilot project. On April 22, the Xiqing District Emergency Management Bureau held an on-site observation meeting for the business standardization construction of grassroots emergency management institutions, and organized various towns and economic development groups to visit and study in Jingwu Town.
Before the start of the meeting, the participants collectively visited the business display board and ledger information of the pilot project of business standardization construction of Jingwu Town Emergency Management Agency, and the Jingwu Town Fire and Rescue Station explained the operation and use of emergency rescue equipment for everyone. Subsequently, the participants went through the archives of the emergency capacity building system of Jingwu Town in detail and came to the emergency equipment room for a field visit.
Mei Zhiyong, Director of the Office of the Xiqing District Emergency Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Emergency Bureau, fully affirmed the effectiveness of the business standardization construction of the grassroots emergency management institutions in Jingwu Town. At the same time, focusing on the three aspects of "keeping in mind the 'great man of the country', unifying the ideological understanding, and effectively recognizing the importance of improving the construction of the grassroots emergency management system", "adhering to the bottom-line thinking, enhancing the sense of worry, and making emergency preparations for various disasters and accidents at any time", "recognizing the current situation, strengthening confidence and determination, and effectively enhancing the political consciousness and action consciousness of resolving major safety risks and escorting high-quality development", the work requirements for the grassroots emergency management in the whole region were put forward. All towns are required to further do a good job in overall planning and coordination, constantly summarize advanced typical practices, refine standardization construction measures based on reality, and solidly promote the standardization of grassroots emergency management institutions in our district.
Zhang Yanhong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and mayor of Jingwu Town, made a detailed introduction to the construction of the "five major standardizations" and 19 specific tasks such as organizational system, institutional mechanism, emergency plan, emergency support, publicity and education.
Yang Zhiyong, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the District Emergency Bureau, arranged and deployed the business standardization work of the grassroots emergency management agencies in the district, and focused on the creation of work objectives, key content and time nodes.
In the next step, the Office of the Emergency Committee of Xiqing District will implement the important requirements of "four good works", further strengthen overall coordination, guide the grassroots to improve emergency management institutions, standardize emergency material reserves, integrate emergency rescue teams, improve emergency grid management, and constantly consolidate the foundation of "prevention" and improve the ability of "governance", and make every effort to promote the standardization of grassroots emergency management system and capacity.
A total of more than 50 people from various towns and economic development groups, responsible comrades of relevant departments and responsible comrades of villages and residences participated in the event.
