The king of the daughter country
When I met the robbers for the second time, the 56th original text wrote Tang Seng, so I had to say: "Two kings, don't do it, I have a little apprentice, and I will arrive later." He has a few taels of silver on him, so let it be with you. ”
The old turtle on the Tongtian River asked Tang Seng to ask the Buddha about his birthday, but Tang Seng forgot to ask after agreeing. The 99th time they met again, the old turtle asked him about it, but he didn't ask it, and Tang Seng couldn't answer.
Most of us can understand Tang Seng when we read the original text, but is this inconsistent with Tang Seng's tall image? Therefore, a famous work is a famous book, and when necessary, it will ruthlessly peel off the false tall underwear on the surface, reflecting the real way of dealing with a person in line with human nature.
1.2 Selfishly and mercilessly expelling the Monkey King
On the way to learn the scriptures, Tang Seng has expelled Sun Wukong three times, if you watch the adapted TV series, people are easy to misunderstand that Tang Seng is because of his kindness and cherishing human life to expel Sun Wukong, and at the same time sympathize with Sun Wukong, he feels that Tang Seng is excusable, but in fact, it is not the same thing at all, so it is necessary to read the original book to see how the real masterpiece realistically portrays Tang Seng.

'Why do you beat you to death without any indiscriminate treatment? You have no mercy or kindness at all! There is still no one in the mountains to investigate, and if you go to the city, if someone rushes into you for a while, you will also commit murder, cling to sticks, and indiscriminately beat and hurt people, how can I get out of it?"
This passage, especially the last sentence, exposes Tang Seng's own thoughts, he is mainly afraid that Sun Wukong will affect him.
The second time was in the 27th episode, when Sun Wukong saw through the changes of the white bone spirit three times, killed the changed human form three times, and killed him in the third time.

When Sanzang saw this, he was so shocked that he fell off his horse in a panic and scolded: "This is a trick to kill me! Take it quickly!" Bajie stepped forward and kicked the head of the man off the side of the road, so that the nail palladium was covered with some earth. Sha Seng put down his burden, hugged Tang Seng and said, "Master, please get up." The elder was upright underground, and recited the "Mantra of Tight Hoops" in his heart, strangled the walker to the point that his ears were red and his face was red, his eyes were swollen and dizzy, and he rolled underground, only taught: "Mo Nian!
Tang Seng didn't have time to blame Sun Wukong for killing people this time, first blamed Sun Wukong for bluffing himself, and immediately recited the hoop mantra.
We already feel that Tang Seng is unbearable after watching the adapted TV series and the like, and Tang Seng is actually even more unbearable in the original book. The adapted Journey to the West Tang Seng is still a bit of an advantage because he cherishes people's lives, the original work is more explicit, Tang Seng is not really compassionate, although he will say a few words about the scene, but more importantly, he is afraid of being affected by Sun Wukong, Sun Wukong scared himself, so he drove Sun Wukong away, such a Tang Seng who thinks for himself is more in line with some low-level incompetent leaders in ordinary daily life? People should try to keep themselves useful rather than harmful, which is the basis of cooperation, and if it is really not so useful, it may only be possible to retreat as soon as possible.
1.3 Bragging is first-class, hard work is zero

Back to the time when the monks of Famen Temple discussed, these monks were very realistic and mentioned all kinds of difficulties: some said that the water was far away and the mountains were high, some said that there were many tigers and leopards on the road, some said that the mountains and cliffs were difficult, and some said that it was difficult for poisonous demons and evil monsters to descend. Tang Seng's reply to this was: "The heart is born, all kinds of demons are born, and the heart is destroyed, all kinds of demons are destroyed." My disciple once said to the Buddha in the Huasheng Temple that he made a great vow, and I couldn't help but do it. This time, we must go to the west to see the Buddha and ask for scriptures, so that our Dharma will turn around, and may the Holy Lord Emperor be forever. This is said to be beautiful from the scene, but in fact, there is no practical response from the thinking.
Sure enough, as soon as he practiced, he was slapped in the face. Dozens of miles out of the border, in a mountain range, was caught by the monster, before seeing the monster, the original text wrote "Sanzang panic", after seeing the monster, it is "bluffing a Sanzang soul scattered", before the unashamed "heart, all kinds of demons; heart annihilation, all kinds of demons" is not right at all. Fortunately, Tai Bai Xing rescued him.
Later, he encountered poisonous snakes and tigers in the Two Realms Mountain, and he had to put down his body and mind and obey the fate of God. Fortunately, Orion Liu Boqin rescued him, and then met Sun Wukong. However, I have repeatedly encountered monsters in the future, and I always show trembling, cowardice, and cowardice.
1.4 Listening to slander, abusing power, and persecuting key personnel when encountering unclear circumstances.
Learning from the scriptures, Sun Wukong is undoubtedly the most capable and the backbone of the team, in contrast, Zhu Bajie is incompetent and lazy, and as a result, Tang Seng trusts and pampers Zhu Bajie, and refuses to believe that Sun Wukong will persecute him.
In the 27th episode, Sun Wukong beat the white bone spirit three times, and spent a lot of effort to explain to Tang Seng, who originally believed it for three points, but Zhu Bajie immediately believed it in a few words, not only recited the mantra, but also finally drove Sun Wukong away.
In the 38th episode, after reciting the drowned king of the Wuji Kingdom, Zhu Bajie said a slanderous word, and Tang Seng recited the mantra again.
In the 40th Red Boy, Tang Seng even didn't listen to his words well, and he had to persecute Sun Wukong. The original text is, the walker said: "Master, don't blame, if you fall and hurt your hands and feet, but it can still be healed; if you are fished out by the goblins, where can you find it?" Sanzang was furious, and he wanted to recite the "Mantra of Tight Hoops", but it was the sand monk who persuaded him bitterly, so he had to get on the horse and go.
But fortunately, after the six-eared macaque, Tang Seng completely changed Sun Wukong, no longer recited the mantra, and completely trusted Sun Wukong.
1.5 Caring for oneself and not others
In the previous article, Tang Seng expelled Sun Wukong, and we can already see that he is a person who only cares about himself, but there are other portrayals in the original book.
In the 48th round of the Tongtian River, the carp essence froze the surface of the river. Tang Seng only cares about learning scriptures by himself, regardless of the safety of the people, the monster has not been eliminated, the carp spirit may come back to retaliate, and insist on crossing the river while the ice is frozen.
2 Qualified leadership
There are two types of good leaders on a team:
The first is a qualified professional manager, the first quality of such a person is to be able to implement the sense of organization and direction, and the second quality is to be able to get things done, otherwise he will listen to the words of the organization but can't get things done, even if the organization is opened by his own father, he will feel that he is cheating. As for whether he understands the business or not, and whether his subordinates think that he is secondary, most of the companies in the peacetime system need such managers. Such a manager is actually a worker temperament rather than a boss temperament.
The second type is people with leadership temperament, or real boss temperament. There is no doubt that this is the dragon and phoenix among people. He has a deep understanding of the business, has the ability to lead people to solve problems, cultivate the growth of his subordinates, distribute benefits as reasonably as possible, and even plan for the long-term of the team. Song Jiang is the second type, and future articles will try to explain it, but it is too complicated and difficult for an article to explain much. This kind of person is too good to be seen in the system, and even if he does, he does not necessarily have the opportunity to be valued by the system, because people who are higher than him may not be as knowledgeable as he thinks that his ideas are problematic and do not pay attention to him. But the heroes of troubled times are often the second type, like Liu Bang, Li Shimin, and Zhu Yuanzhang, who have a very good temperament. Chairman Mao's temperament is also very sufficient, but we know that he has been suppressed many times, for example, he laid down Jinggangshan, not only was not rewarded but punished.
Tang Seng is the first type of leader. And it only has the necessary qualities, and the other qualities are not possessed.
The Western Heaven Sutra is a project in which the Western Heaven Buddhism wants to expand the influence of Buddhism in the Tang Dynasty, and the Tang King Li Shimin needs the Buddhist scriptures to surpass the unjust soul because he is harassed by the unjust soul, and the two sides hit it off.

At the same time, in the whole process of learning scriptures, we can see that although Tang Seng has all kinds of shortcomings, his most important advantage is that no matter what kind of difficulties he encounters, even if his life is dangerous, his will to learn the scriptures has never wavered, and he is as resolute as ever. It can be said that he has never had any problems with the implementation of the will of the organization, although he has all kinds of shortcomings, he can't recognize monsters because he doesn't understand business, he can't solve problems, and he blames the backbone Sun Wukong and even expelled him, listening to Zhu Bajie's slander, cowardly, incompetent and unable to do anything.
However, Tang Seng only implemented the will of the organization, and was unable to complete the project of learning scriptures from the West. can't rely on himself to do nothing, rely on someone who can do things, this person is Sun Wukong. Although Tang Seng did not trust or even persecuted Sun Wukong in the early days, Tang Seng finally completely changed later, and in the second half of the year, he never recited the mantra or even expelled Sun Wukong, but listened to Sun Wukong's words honestly. At this time, Tang Seng finally transformed into a qualified leader. If you are not capable enough and are willing to cooperate with your best subordinates, even if you are his puppet, this is definitely not an easy thing, not only will you lose some of your leadership prestige, but others may also have opinions.
For example, Adou willingly cooperated with Zhuge Liang and achieved Zhuge Liang's prestige and achievements, although some voices think that Adou is still outstanding, but I am afraid that more people look down on Liu Adou, of course, a big reason is the addition of romance. But let's take a counterexample, there is a famous "why not eat minced meat" emperor Jin Hui Emperor in China, is an idiot, after the Eight Kings Rebellion, in fact, he lost power, Sima Yue, the king of the East China Sea, is the most powerful faction around, but Jin Hui Emperor felt that he should have the final say because he was the emperor, Sima Yue had to poison him to death. Then there is Sima Yi, the emperor of Wei did not treat Sima Yi like the Shu Han Emperor treated Zhuge Liang, and engaged in a rich second-generation Cao Shuang who was nothing to suppress and disgust Sima Yi, forcing Sima Yi, who had passed the age of ancient times, to launch the Gaopingling Incident. Of course, for managers in the system, don't feel that you can implement the will of your superiors and assist the backbone to do things, and other things can be messed up, you can learn as much as possible and do more practical things, spend less time on virtual things such as what process, boast, care more about subordinates, restrain a little less power to make subordinates uncomfortable, try not to always be unscrupulous and embarrassed, less scolded by subordinates or partners, if you can transform into a second type of leadership, isn't this the icing on the cake.
