1. Pesticide application equipment and dosage

The amount of powder is adjusted to spray about 200 grams per minute, generally 1 kg of dust agent per mu each time, and it only takes 5 minutes to treat 1 mu of shed.
Second, the preparation of the shed before spraying
Before spraying powder, close the vent and door of the shed, cover the shed tightly with plastic film, and try to achieve a closed state, if the plastic film is damaged in a small piece, it has no effect on the dust.
3. Powder spraying time
The best time to spray powder is in the morning or evening, when the shed has not been uncovered or has just been closed, so that the deposition rate of the powder on the crop is higher. Dusting should be avoided at noon on sunny days, and dusting can be done at any time on cloudy days. The ventilation can be turned on two hours after the powder is sprayed. Spray once every 7~10 days according to the condition.
Fourth, the powder spraying method greenhouse
The regressive horizontal spraying method is adopted, that is, starting from the inside end of the greenhouse, the operator stands in the aisle, with his back to the north wall of the greenhouse, facing south, while spraying into the air, while retreating, until exiting the door, closing the door. If there is any residual medicine, the powder spraying pipe can be extended into the room from the upper air outlet and sprayed until the remaining powder is sprayed. Greenhouse: Adopt the left and right swing spraying method, that is, starting from the north end, the operator stands on the aisle and swings the powder spraying pipe to spray powder on the left and right sides, spraying while retreating, until exiting the door at the south end and closing the door. Small and medium-sized arch shed: the outside of the shed spraying method is adopted, that is, a part of the shed is uncovered on one side or two sides of the shed, and the powder spraying pipe is extended into the shed for spraying, and the nozzle is swaying from side to side.
Fifth, the main points and precautions of powder spraying
When spraying powder, the powder must be evenly sprayed into the space of the shed, and it is not advisable to spray the powder pipe on the plant row by row, otherwise the deposition will be uneven. When operating, you should comply with the pesticide safety operation procedures, wear long-sleeved overalls, wear goggles, masks and protective hats, and wash your hands and face and other exposed skin after work.
