Spiced pig ears
This is not before mixing
Ingredients & Distribution:
Pork ears, green onion and ginger, cooking wine, coriander, onion, peanuts, fried peanuts, minced garlic, salt, chicken powder, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, chili oil, white sesame seeds
Steps:
- After the pig ears are cleaned, put them in a pot under cold water, add green onions, ginger and cooking wine to blanch, skim off the foam and rinse them well.
- Put the rinsed pig ears into the pressure cooker, add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, five-spice powder and water that has not been used for ingredients, add salt, chicken powder, sugar, sesame oil to press and mature, open the lid and let it cool until it is not hot, cut into strips and put on a plate.
- Add chopped coriander, minced garlic, shredded onion, cucumber, salt, chicken powder, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, chili oil, and white sesame seeds and mix well.
Steamed 1,000 pieces of pork in soy sauce

Steps:
- Cut the 1000 sheets into thin strips and spread them on the bottom of the plate, and cut the soy sauce meat into thick slices and put them on top of the 1000 sheets.

- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and simmer with hot oil.
Double mushroom oil tofu

Mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, fried tofu, garlic slices, ginger slices, green onions, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate
Steps:
- Wash the mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and cut them into thin slices, blanch them in boiling water, boil the water again and remove them for later use.
- After cleaning the pot, heat the oil, stir-fry the garlic slices, ginger slices, green onions, add the mushrooms and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry evenly.
- Season with salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and monosodium glutamate, pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, cover and cook for 5 minutes, thicken and sprinkle in green onions, and pour sesame oil out of the pot.
