"Three networks" refers to the air capacity and route network (hereinafter referred to as "Skynet"), ground service guarantee network (referred to as "ground network") and sales network ("marketing network"), and "three networks +" refers to the construction of information service platform, warehousing, trade, cross-border e-commerce and landing distribution on the basis of "three networks", so as to ensure the efficient coordination of the "three networks" and maximize efficiency. The three networks and each network cooperate with each other to form an organic whole, which helps to speed up the development of Xue Hang Logistics.
Yi Dongsheng, deputy general manager of Guangzhou Xue Hang Logistics Co., Ltd., said that three networks + is a new supply chain development model around the development of logistics enterprises first proposed by Xue Hang in the country. Skynet refers to the capacity made in the sky, and all the airlines in the sky are combined into a capacity network, so that we can use the capacity of any airline without discrimination.
With the support of the "ground net", the bottleneck of the ground operation link can be broken through, and the gap of the "sky net" can be bridged, so as to ensure the efficient passage of goods in the net. Yi Dongsheng said that the third network marketing network provides abundant supply for all of our sky and ground networks, so that the combination of the three networks has improved the traditional competitive advantage of Xue Hang, and also laid the foundation for our strategy, and also opened the gap between us and all competitors, so that our long-term Xue Hang logistics, and even the development of Xue Hang Group, has been fully affirmed, and also created a very strong foundation for the regeneration of our group.
Expand business, service system all over the world
In terms of domestic business, Xue Hang Logistics is the national general agent of Jiangxi Airlines, Donghai Airlines, Okay Airlines and Hunan Airlines; has long been a major national customer of Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Hainan Airlines; and is also the main regional general agent of Xiamen Airlines, United Airlines, Jiuyuan Airlines, Hebei Airlines and Spring Airlines, with extremely rich shipping space resources. In terms of international business, Xue Hang Logistics has signed contracts with more than 30 airlines at home and abroad, such as China Southern Airlines, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Russia, Ethiopia, Egypt, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Mexico, India, etc., and is also the GSA ground agent of Lingya Airlines, covering more than 300 cities and regions around the world. The "ground network" is coordinated through the construction of the aviation ground service sector and the airport logistics mixed reform sector. The ground service sector covers more than 10 cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Nantong, Guilin and Haikou, and the airport logistics sector has completed the mixed reform with the three state-owned airports of Zhuhai, Taiyuan and Yichang.
The construction of the "sales network" is promoted through direct sales and mergers and acquisitions. At present, Xue Hang Logistics has set up 82 branches, covering almost all hub airports and provincial capitals in China, and has set up overseas branches in North America, Europe and Australia. In 2023, Guangzhou Xuehang Logistics Co., Ltd. will be assessed by the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation as a "Beidou + Smart Logistics Positioning and Tracking, Container Management and Cold Chain Transportation Teaching and Training Platform, and a Demonstration Unit for the Application of Technical Design Specifications and Standards". It has successively won the honorary titles of five-star grass-roots trade union in Huadu District, A-level enterprise with harmonious labor relations in Guangzhou, and grass-roots trade union in the key construction area of "strong foundation project" in Guangdong Province. Recently, the Meihua Aviation Science Innovation Studio of Xue Hang Group's subsidiary was awarded the title of "2024 Huadu District Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio" by the Huadu District Federation of Trade Unions.
The person in charge of Xue Hang Group said that it will continue to carry forward the spirit of innovation and use the "three networks +" development strategy to become a unique integrated logistics service provider in China, and become the main force, pioneer and experimental team of civil aviation logistics.
