Lantian Village is located in the southwest of Chixiao Town, surrounded by mountains and with the Bajiang River running through it, it is blessed with unique natural resources. The lower reaches of the Jiuqu River pass through Lantian Village in a circuitous way, forming the beautiful scenery of the "Jiuqu Gallery".
In 2024, Lantian Village will take the opportunity of creating a typical village of the "Millions of Projects" to vigorously develop rural tourism, focus on the construction of the Lantian Zilin Children's Town project, introduce the enterprise operation and management model, and complete the construction of one axis, one ring, one core, three sections and 10 characteristic groups in the park, and strive to create the country's first childlike theme life aesthetic scene ecological resort.
It is understood that in January 2024, Lantian Village, Chixiao Town, signed a land cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hopewell Basket Field Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to build the Lantian Zilin Agricultural Cultural Tourism Resort Project. The total planning area of the project is 3,000 acres, with a total planned investment of 890 million yuan, based on natural scenery, upgraded by Lingnan culture, and carried on by characteristic products.
"In 2024, we will focus on completing the creation of a childlike world theme experience area. The implementation of the project will increase the collective income of the village, in order to help the rural revitalization of Chini Town, Huadu District, and truly achieve the goal of cooperating, developing and getting rich with the villagers. As a leading national forestry enterprise, Guangzhou Colorful Landscape Yueji Planting Co., Ltd. came to Huadu Chixiao from Handan, Hebei Province in 2020 to build a Yueji base, and after four years of development and growth, it has formed a boutique Yueji Garden with a scale of nearly 1,000 acres.
"The funds of our company's headquarters will be concentrated in the Lantian Village project, integrating resources, and fully completing the construction of the base with a total investment of 80 million yuan in 2024. Wang Jianming, head of Guangzhou Colorful Landscape Planting Co., Ltd., said, "The next step will be to develop in depth of the industry, focusing on promoting the construction of high-end landscape and beautiful rural projects, so as to achieve the goal of being both a high-quality landscape production base and the most beautiful rose (moon) garden in the south, and providing high-quality ideal boutique potted plants for all parts of the country." "We want to promote the completion of a high-quality development conference on the cultivation of China's moon season, release a batch of new varieties of moon season, and create a development plan for a high-quality moon season garden." Integrate and upgrade the construction of beautiful villages, and strive to create a development pattern of 'Jiuqu River, colorful blue field'.
