"In order to promote teaching through research, do a solid job in school-based research activities, and improve the school-based teaching and research level of teachers, on the morning of April 19, 2024, all teachers of the science discipline of our school carried out in-depth research on the specific teaching behavior characteristics of the secondary indicators of the "Nanjing Primary School Science Classroom Teaching Evaluation Form" jointly carried out by the large group schools last semester. Teacher Jiang Feng taught the science class "Is There Air in It" in the second semester of the first grade, and other teachers in the science group went deep into each science group to listen to the class and try the "Grasp the Subject Logic" classroom observation table to record classroom observations.
After class, Mr. Jiang Feng shared the design ideas of today's science class, and talked about his feelings in class, other teachers in this group evaluated and communicated with Mr. Jiang Feng's class, affirmed Mr. Jiang's teaching, and believed that the content arrangement is in line with the logic of the content of the textbook, but in the experimental operation, we should pay more attention to the guidance method, and can use videos or demonstrations to guide students to conduct more in-depth scientific observation. The teachers of the science group also put forward many advantages, shortcomings and modification suggestions in the use of the classroom observation table, and further discussed the secondary indicators and the content of the secondary indicators of "grasping the logic of the discipline": the arrangement highlights the essence of the discipline, highlights the exploration practice, can reflect the internal logical connection of the teaching materials, and conforms to the cognitive laws of students;
