4. Units that have obtained the "Shanghai Brand" certification certificate issued by the certification body within the Shanghai Brand International Certification Alliance;
5. Units that have obtained the green product certification certificate issued by the certification body approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China;
6. Units that have obtained ISO9000, 14000, 18000, 22000, HACCP and other management system certification certificates or voluntary product certification certificates issued by certification bodies approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China;
7. The State Key Laboratory of Market Supervision, the National Product Quality Inspection Center, the National Industrial Metrology and Testing Center, the National Quality Standards Laboratory, and the units that have passed the verification of China's first (set) major technical equipment, the units of the Shanghai Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center approved by the competent municipal authorities, and the units that have obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment;
8. The undertaking unit of the one-stop service pilot project of quality infrastructure approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau;
9. The undertaking unit of the municipal quality education base approved by the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Municipal Education Commission;
10. Units that have been awarded the "National Quality Brand Improvement Demonstration Zone", "Shanghai Quality Brand Improvement Demonstration Zone" and "National Public Inspection, Testing and Certification Service Platform Demonstration Zone";
11. Units approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation as "National Public Inspection, Testing and Certification Service Platform Demonstration Zone";
12. Units that have obtained the "Chief Quality Officer" training certificate and hold a letter of appointment from their unit.
2. Supporting standards
1. One-time support of 1 million yuan for the units that have won the "China Quality Award" and 200,000 yuan for the winning individuals, 500,000 yuan for the units that have won the "China Quality Award Nomination Award" and 100,000 yuan for the winning individuals;
2. One-time support of 500,000 yuan for units that have won the "Shanghai Mayor Quality Award" and 100,000 yuan for the winning individuals, and one-time support for the units that have won the "Shanghai Quality Gold Award" for 300,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan for the winning individuals;
3. The units that have won the first, second and third prizes of "Shanghai Key Product Quality Research Achievements" will be given one-time support of 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan respectively;
4. For the unit that has obtained the "Shanghai brand" certification for the first time, a one-time support of 500,000 yuan will be given, and a support of 100,000 yuan will be given for each expansion or recertification;
5. A one-time support of 100,000 yuan will be given to the units that have passed the green product certification, and 50,000 yuan will be given each time the project is expanded or re-certified;
6. For units that have obtained ISO9000, 14000, 18000, 22000, HACCP, measurement and other management system certifications or voluntary product certifications such as organic products, a one-time support of 10,000 yuan will be given for each certification completed;
7. A one-time support of 1 million yuan will be given to the units that have been approved as "National Key Laboratory of Market Supervision", "National Product Quality Inspection Center", "National Industrial Metrology and Testing Center" and "National Quality Standards Laboratory", and have passed the verification of China's first (set) major technical equipment. A one-time support of 500,000 yuan will be given to the units approved as "Shanghai Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center". Units accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) for the first time will be given a one-time support of 50,000 yuan;
8. One-time support for the "Quality Infrastructure One-stop Service Pilot", 1 million yuan for those rated at the national level, and 500,000 yuan for those rated at the Shanghai municipal level;
9. A one-time support of 100,000 yuan will be given to the units approved as "Municipal Quality Education Base";
10. A one-time support of 1 million yuan will be given to the parks approved as "National Quality Brand Improvement Demonstration Zone", and a one-time support of 500,000 yuan will be given to the parks approved as "Shanghai Quality Brand Improvement Demonstration Zone";
11. A one-time support of 1 million yuan will be given to the park that has been approved as a "National Public Inspection, Testing and Certification Service Platform Demonstration Zone";
12. A one-time support of 3,000 yuan will be given to the unit of the individual who has obtained the qualification of "chief quality officer" and is hired by the unit.
