[Home of Watches Brand News] Rado unveils the new True Square open-core automatic watch, showcasing the brand's expertise and savoir-faire in ceramics.
The new watch has a diameter of 38 mm and a thickness of 9.7 mm. The case, crown and bracelet are made of polished high-tech ceramic, available in white (Ref. R27073712) and Turquoise (Ref. R27176712), both with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a see-through case back, with 50-meter water resistance.
The dial is skeletonized to reveal the intricate mechanism of the built-in movement. The white version is set with 12 gradient colored gemstones, while the turquoise version is adorned with 12 diamonds. The rhodium-coloured hands are coated with white or orange Super-LumiNova® to ensure excellent legibility day and night.
Both models are powered by the automatic R734 calibre, a 25-jewel movement with a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), a Nivachron anti-magnetic balance spring and an anchor-shaped oscillating weight with a power reserve of up to 80 hours.
