Han Ruijian, deputy chief physician of the Department of Pediatrics, gave a popular science lecture to young children on the topic of "Children's Reasonable Diet". "What foods are junk food?" and "Which foods are high in sugar, fat and oil?" In the face of Dr. Han's questions in class, the interactive atmosphere was lively. Later, he explained the importance of a reasonable diet to children and teachers from the aspects of how to eat healthier, why to eat reasonably, and how to balance the diet, and advocated that children develop a healthy lifestyle of not picky eaters, light diet, less drinks, and moderate exercise in their daily diet. In addition, the health issues and doubts about nutritional diet that preschool teachers are concerned about are also answered one by one.
Through this lecture, the children interacted with the doctor face-to-face, not only absorbed knowledge, but also paid more attention to their own eating habits, knew the importance of a reasonable diet, and expressed that they must develop good eating habits and grow up healthily in the future.
