3. The choice of tiles, if you want to be bright at home, then choose bright bricks. If your home is designed without a main light, soft bricks are a good choice, but don't be greedy, cheap products are often not durable. Matte bricks, although they look high-end, can be a real challenge to clean.
4. Don't be funny, that's just a marketing tool for decoration companies. What really needs to be dealt with is the place where the old and new walls are handed over and the water and electricity are renovated, and it is useless to hang nets in other places.
5. Wallpaper and wall cloth, there will be problems after a long time, latex paint is king, durable and worry-free.
6. Ceiling, don't fix those bells and whistles, a simple double-layer gypsum board ceiling is very good, which saves money and does not take up space.
7. For the ceiling of the kitchen and bathroom, don't consider gypsum board, aluminum gusset is the cost-effective choice.
8. The choice of door, don't use wooden doors, especially in kitchens and bathrooms, titanium magnesium alloy doors are king.
9. Make a small flat top above the wardrobe, so as to avoid leaving gaps in the later construction.
10. Don't choose white, it's easy to change color after a long time.
11. For kitchen countertops, quartz stone is a good choice, durable and easy to take care of.
12. Background wall, unless you are a local tyrant, don't spend that unjust money.
13. Curtains, polyester shading is good, cotton and linen are breathable, don't choose those that are easy to accumulate dust.
14. If you don't plan to install a water purifier, don't choose a black bathroom, which is easy to leave water stains.
15. If you are not in a hurry to live in a household appliance, you can save a lot of money by waiting for the promotion to buy it.
