Profile of Li Jie
Li Jie was born in Guangzhou in 1951 in Guangyuan, Sichuan.
Member of Chinese Artists Association;
Creative researcher of the Creation Research Institute of Sichuan Artists Association;
Vice Chairman of Guangyuan Artists Association.
From 1983 to 1984, he studied at the Printmaking Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
The printmaking work "Life, Color and Safety" participated in the Dalu Painting Exhibition and was collected by the National Art Museum of China;
In 2016, the selected works of "The Grandmaster of the Generation, Jiang Zhaohe" major historical theme art creation project in Sichuan Province were collected by the Sichuan Art Museum;
The Chinese painting "Jiuzhai Lingxiu" was selected for the 8th National Art Exhibition, and "Busy and Busy" was selected for the 10th National Art Exhibition.
In 2001, he was selected to send a delegation of Sichuan artists to visit France to participate in this year's International Art Salon Exhibition of the Louvre in Kassel, France, and the exchange exhibition of the garden of the town hall of Sainte-Fraeu, Bonitani, France.
Over the years, he has participated in the annual individual exhibitions sponsored by the China Artists Association, and his art works and Chinese paintings have won silver, bronze, and many excellent awards.
