You Chunyu, chief engineer of the Pargeling Tunnel 1 Project of CCCC Second Public Bureau, brought a special lesson to the sixth grade students of Shiyun Central Primary School with the theme of "Talking about Great Power Projects and Lighting up the Dream of Ingenuity".

"Students, do you know what is the difference between the travel mode of ancient people and modern people?" In the class, You Chunyu used the method of "graphic + video" to introduce the evolution of transportation from ancient times to the present, explored the factors that promote the change of transportation with students, reviewed the glorious transportation history of Chinese people building roads and bridges to "connect all directions" and build a big picture of "strengthening the country and enriching the people", so that students can see the great changes in China's transportation industry and deeply understand the difficulties of stepping from a transportation country to a transportation power.

You Chunyu explained the engineering significance of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge to the students, and ignited the students' ingenuity and patriotism by telling about the super projects such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Tianshan Shengli Tunnel, and the Peljesac Bridge in Croatia, so that the students could further understand that it is the builders of the transportation industry who closely connect the city and the countryside, the east and the west, and China and the world.

At the construction site of the inclined shaft of the Pargeling Tunnel undertaken by CCCC No. 2 Public Bureau, You Chunyu and Wang Bo, the safety director of the project, introduced the construction significance, information equipment and tunnel safety protection measures of the first tunnel in Hainan - the first tunnel in Hainan.

"What is an inclined shaft?" the question raised by student Ji Hongrun was answered by the engineering staff on the spot. "The tunnel is more than 8,000 meters long, and the inclined shaft is opened to deliver oxygen to the tunnel, but also to increase the working face and make the construction faster. The engineer then introduced that the first inclined shaft in Hainan undertaken by the Second Public Bureau of CCCC will open up two new working faces from the middle of the tunnel after penetration, and realize the two-way construction of four working faces at the same time, which greatly improves the construction speed.

The relevant person in charge of the Pargeling Tunnel 1 project of CCCC No. 2 Public Bureau said that the event told the students face-to-face about the achievements of transportation construction, and promoted the combination of "school classroom" and "social classroom".
