Respect the law and abide by the law and work together to build dreams - the District Federation of Trade Unions carried out a public interest legal service action to serve farmers, herdsmen and migrant workers

In order to further give full play to the trade union's rights protection and protection function, do a good job in serving the legal work of farmers and herdsmen, continuously enhance the concept of the rule of law of farmers and herdsmen, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and herdsmen, recently, the District Federation of Trade Unions went deep into the express delivery industry in our district to carry out the "respecting the law and abiding by the law and building dreams together" public interest legal service action to serve farmers and herdsmen.

During the activity, the staff distributed legal publicity materials such as the "Trade Union Law", "Labor Law", "Contract Law", "National Security Law" and "Collective Contract Regulations" to the employees of the express delivery industry and farmers and herdsmen, and interpreted the labor relations, wage bargaining, work-related injury identification and other issues involving the vital interests of employees that everyone is generally concerned about, and guided the majority of employees and farmers and herdsmen to know, understand and use the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests, and effectively promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.

In the next step, the District Federation of Trade Unions will continue to carry out various legal publicity activities, innovate service forms, actively respond to the demands of employees, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and herdsmen.
