With the goal of receiving quickly and practically, the platform realizes the close connection between hotline acceptance and background handling through a professional customer service team and the concept of front-line service, so as to ensure that the problems and reasonable demands reflected by the masses are dealt with in a timely manner.
The long-term care insurance system is an important institutional exploration for the city to conscientiously implement the strategic requirements of the central government and the state to actively respond to the aging of the population and improve the social security system.
