A: Offline and online services "zero distance"

At the end of 2019, the Yilong County Public Legal Service Center settled in the county government service hall. The center has a total of 7 windows, which can provide legal consultation, legal aid and judicial notarization services for the public, and has also set up a special public service team for special targets such as minors and migrant workers.
"Most of the townships are more than 30 kilometers away from the county seat. According to the relevant person in charge of the Yilong County Judicial Bureau, in order to allow the masses to enjoy public legal services nearby, the county has integrated various resources and standardized the establishment of 1 county-level public legal service center, 37 township (street) public legal service workstations and 531 village (community) public legal service studios. A three-level public legal service system covering urban and rural areas, convenient, efficient, equal and inclusive, provides the masses with "zero-distance", "one-stop" and "all-round" public legal services.

In order to meet the needs of the masses for legal services and realize "online office" and "handheld office", the Yilong County Handheld Public Legal Service Platform came into being. The platform has three major sections: legal consultation, legal services, and legal publicity. Among them, the legal consultation section can provide free consultation for individuals, free consultation for enterprises, free telephone consultation, free document templates, legal and regulatory inquiries and other services, and legal services for legal aid, people's mediation, notary services, administrative reconsideration, information inquiry and other services.
It is understood that more than 15,000 lawyers and legal service workers from all over the country have settled in the handheld public legal service platform to provide legal services online 24 hours a day. Since its launch, the platform has answered more than 6,000 legal consultations and handled 164 online legal aid applications.
B. Accurately serve key populations

The next day, Shen Min, his colleagues and lawyers drove more than 60 kilometers to Zhang's home to understand the situation, ask for opinions, and fill in information...... In the end, the case was filed, and a legal worker in the jurisdiction was immediately assigned to be responsible for assistance. It is reported that the case will be tried in mid-April.
"Legal aid is a livelihood project that allows people in need to have equal access to legal protection, and it is also an important way and way to serve and protect and improve people's livelihood. According to the relevant person in charge of the Yilong County Legal Aid Center, the center provides more accurate services for key groups such as migrant workers, the elderly, the disabled, women, and minors.
For migrant workers, a green channel for "migrant workers to seek wages and protect their rights" has been opened, and priority has been given to accepting, assigning, and handling cases of wage seeking and rights protection. Since 2023, 167 cases of migrant workers seeking wages and protecting their rights have been handled (22 cases were accepted remotely), and more than 8.85 million yuan of losses have been recovered.
For the elderly, we will strengthen the dissemination of legal knowledge that the elderly are concerned about, and exempt the elderly from verification of their financial hardship status when they apply for assistance in matters such as alimony and alimony, as well as those who are not or are disabled. Since 2023, 26 door-to-door legal aid services have been provided to the elderly with special difficulties.
In addition, strengthen coordination and linkage with courts, procuratorates, public security bureaus, education, science and sports bureaus, veterans' affairs administrations, letters and visits bureaus, women's federations, disabled persons' federations, and other departments, to bring about full coverage of defense counsel in criminal cases, and promptly provide high-quality and efficient legal aid to all types of aid recipients, so that "all aid is provided and aid is preferential". Since 2023, a total of 3,596 legal consultations have been received from the public, and 684 legal aid cases have been handled.
C. Optimize the business environment to relieve enterprises

It turned out that this company signed an order contract of 400,000 yuan with a beverage sales company in other provinces. According to the contract, the beverage sales company only paid a deposit of 60,000 yuan and a payment of 40,000 yuan, and the rest of the payment was not paid in accordance with the contract.
The other party failed to fulfill the contract, and Yilong Company was worried and found the legal rights protection service center of private enterprises for consultation. "If the other party breaches the contract first, the deposit can not be refunded, only 40,000 yuan of goods will be allocated, and the sales contract will be terminated. Xu Jielin's suggestion was adopted by the company.

"A lot of companies don't hire legal counsel. In response to this situation, our team of lawyers came to carry out a legal 'physical examination' for enterprises. Xu Jielin introduced that the rule of law "physical examination" is mainly to make a questionnaire survey in advance on 32 items such as the internal management system and employment legality of the enterprise, and then analyze and sort out the "physical examination report" of the enterprise, and put forward reasonable suggestions and opinions to help enterprises avoid legal risks.
In order to continuously optimize the business environment and give full play to the professional advantages of legal talents in helping enterprises to bail out, in April 2023, Yilong County officially launched the "Lawyer Service Enterprise" activity, providing high-quality, efficient and convenient legal services such as rule of law publicity, legal consultation, rule of law "physical examination", dispute mediation, contract review and other legal services for enterprises in the park through regular duty, door-to-door service, on-demand service, etc. At present, 15 lawyers are involved in providing free legal services to enterprises and e-commerce market entities.
Since 2023, the lawyer service enterprise team has carried out 10 lectures on the rule of law, more than 170 "physical examinations" on the rule of law, answered more than 260 corporate consultations, provided more than 190 legal opinions and suggestions for enterprises, and mediated 35 enterprise-related disputes. Accurate and efficient services allow enterprises to invest with confidence, operate with peace of mind, and develop comfortably.
