In order to deepen the construction of the connotation of specialized nursing, cultivate forward-looking and evidence-based thinking of specialist nurses, and promote the rapid development of the construction of nursing specialties in Longhui County People's Hospital, on the afternoon of April 15, the nursing department of the hospital held the "2023 Overseas Study and Specialist Nurse Achievement Exhibition Competition" in the large conference room on the seventh floor of the outpatient clinic. Liu Qinghua, Secretary of the Party Committee, Wu Fengqing, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Dai Jianghua, Vice President, Peng Yuhua, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Zhu Feng, Minister of the Medical Department, attended the event, and more than 100 nurses, nurses and nursing backbones of the hospital participated in the event.
The competition adopts a combination of PPT report and on-site research, with a score of 50% each, and the hospital leaders, nursing department, medical department and head nurse representatives serve as judges.
The content of the PPT report covers the background, plan, goals, evidence-based, implementation process and achievement display of specialist nursing.

After the game, Ma Lili, director of the nursing department, fully affirmed the transformation of the learning results of the nurses of each specialty, and the nurses of each specialty took the goal when they learned and came back with a plan, so that they could think, understand, succeed, and apply what they had learned, and promoted the in-depth development of the nursing work of each specialty, and hoped that the nurses of each specialty would make the greatest contribution to the nursing work of Longyi in their respective positions.

After the competition, Yuan Haiyan from the Department of Nephrology, Rheumatology and Immunology won the first prize, Shen Sisi from the Department of Gastroenterology and Sun Xiugui from the Department of Neonatology won the second prize, Ma Xiaofen from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Ma Zijuan from the Department of Neuroburn Surgery, and Wang Fang from the Department of Oncology and Hematology and Endocrinology won the third prize.
