Since the second half of last year, some residents have reported that the vacant land in the community has been reclaimed by other residents to grow vegetables without permission, which not only destroys the original greening, but also affects environmental sanitation and the overall image. In response to this situation, the Daoxianghu community has cooperated with the property company to remediate it many times, but the effect is not significant, and there are still residents who are "persistent" to fence up fences on the public green space and plant various vegetables.

After the beginning of spring this year, there were behaviors of destroying greenery and cultivating vegetables in the community, which not only occupied public space, damaged the overall environment of the community, but also infringed on the public interests of other residents. Since March, the Daoxianghu community has used the working mechanism of "everyone discusses and handles" to organize and hold consultation meetings many times, and mobilize the residents' self-governance forces, mainly building chiefs, party members and volunteers, to jointly negotiate and solve problems under the guidance of the community party committee.

After the consultation meeting, according to the opinions formed at the meeting, the Party Committee of Daoxianghu Community immediately convened a meeting of the Community Party Building Coordination Committee to further integrate community resources and give full play to the enthusiasm of member units to participate in community construction.
