At the same time, the most common types of vehicles causing accidents were motorcycles (81.82%), the time period for frequent accidents was between 17:01 and 18:00, and the age group with the highest number of injuries and fatalities was 30-39 years old, and the provinces with the most accidents were Chiang Rai, Prachuap Khuap and Phra respectively.

In total, there were 2,044 road accidents in the seven days of Songkran (April 11-17), resulting in 2,060 injuries and 287 deaths. In addition, there are no traffic fatalities reported in seven provinces, while Chiang Rai province has the highest number of accidents and fatalities, and Phra province has the highest number of injured.
