If nothing else interferes, I exercise 4~5 times a week, usually in the morning. Basically, exercise for two to three days and take a day off. Working out at the gym is about an hour and a half, and with the time spent on the road, changing clothes, and showering, I usually spend two and a half hours or more in a morning.
