Today we visited the 68-nautical-mile scenic spot in Pingtan in Fujian, which is the closest place to the mainland of the motherland to the island of Taiwan.

The 68-nautical-mile scenic area is composed of Monkey Research Island, Yanhou Island, and Restricted Mountain Island. The three islands stand near the sea, and the islands are rocky and boulders, and the scenery is beautiful.

There are more than a dozen clusters of bronze sculptures like water droplets on the rocks near the sea, which are the "ink stone pillars" cast with copper. The stone pillars are connected like droplets. The material used to cast the ink stone pillar is very precious copper. Copper is a relatively pure copper, which can be approximated as pure copper, with good electrical conductivity and plasticity, and excellent thermal conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance. Copper has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and seawater, so the materials of the sculptures of Houyan Island are all made of copper.

Due to the influence of geological structure and sea water and sea wind erosion, many strange and spectacular sea erosion landforms have developed on the island, with countless pictographic strange rocks.

The water here is crystal clear, the beach is white and delicate, there are strange sea erosion landforms and stone scenes, and it is also a good place for birds to roost, this is an egret.
