Founded in 1916, Taichung Distillery (hereinafter referred to as Taichung Distillery) in Taiwan was first engaged in the production of sake and rice wine, and then moved to Taichung Industrial Zone at the foot of Da Belly Mountain in 1998, famous for rice wine and Huadiao wine. Pangolins have a symbol of luck, and in the early years of Nantun Old Street in Taichung, folk tales of golden rohu carp were passed down. The ploughshare shop in Nantun will hold a folk celebration of "wearing clogs and carp" during the Dragon Boat Festival every year, hoping to wake up the underground pangolins through the sound of stepping on clogs. It is said that as long as the roce under the plough shop wakes up, the feng shui of the area will improve, the students will have good exams, and business will prosper.
