Beishan Community, Lin'an Town, is an office, commercial and residential community, with 14,078 residents in 4,974 households, including 72 left-behind elderly people in 42 households, all of whom are retirees, 1 left-behind child and 1 orphan.
The work of "one old and one young" is a livelihood project that has attracted attention from the central to the local level, and the grassroots organizations closest to the lives of the masses are the communities. In order to better serve the "old and young" groups and provide them with warm care, the Beishan community relies on the "weather station" of social conditions and public opinion to pay attention to and care for the "old and the young", and always cares about the physical and mental health of the left-behind, empty-nest elderly and left-behind children.

The hanging of the "Ping An Fu" Chinese knot not not only protects the happy life of the elderly living alone in their old age, but also solves the worries of the children of the left-behind elderly who work outside.
