First, the shell is disassembled along the seam of the housing, and the fixed prongs are connected to the PCBA module through the shrapnel for power supply.

Through the observation of the PCBA module, it is found that the 30W GaN charger in the No. 1 member store is a QR switching power supply architecture, synchronous rectification, a wide range of voltage output, the output voltage is fed back by the protocol chip through optocouplers, and the GaN fast charging source scheme comes from Dongke Semiconductor. Let's start with the input to understand the information of each device.
The input side PCB front is soldered with fuses and rectifiers.
The other side is welded with an NTC thermistor and a common-mode inductor.
The input fuse specification is 3.15A250V.
The NTC thermistor model 3D-7 is used to suppress the inrush current when the charger is powered up.
Common mode inductors are wound with silicone and enameled wires and are insulated with heat shrink tubing.
The rectifier bridge is from PY Pingwei, the model is TMBFR310, it is a fast rectifier bridge, and the specification is 3A1000V.
The top switching power supply board is welded with high-voltage filter capacitors, differential mode inductors and transformers.
The back side is soldered with a GaN sealed chip.
The high-voltage filter capacitor is from Aihua and has a specification of 400V 22μF.
The other is 400V15μF.
There is also a specification of 400V 10μF, and the total capacity of the filter capacitor is 47μF.

The core component of the charger is from Dongke Semiconductor, model DK036G, which is a quasi-resonant flyback control AC-DC power switch chip with a highly integrated 650V/400mΩ GaN HEMT. The DK036G senses the voltage between the drain and source of the power tube and turns on the power tube when the VDS reaches its lowest value, reducing switching losses and improving electromagnetic interference (EMI).
The DK036G greatly simplifies the design and manufacture of flyback switching power supplies, especially for products that require high conversion efficiency and high power density. DK036G has complete protection functions, including output over-voltage protection, VCC over-under-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, open-loop protection, output over-current protection, etc.
The DK036G GaN encapsulated chip supports 250KHz switching frequency, standby power consumption is less than 50mW, built-in high and low voltage input power compensation circuit, built-in high voltage start, and adopts PDFN5*6 package, which is suitable for GaN fast charging, power adapter and auxiliary power supply applications.

According to the dismantling of the charging head network, Dongke GaN encapsulated chips have also been used in Lenovo Xiaoxin 65W GaN charger, Jiayu 45W dual C-port GaN charger, Jiayu 35W dual-C-port GaN charger, Huakesheng 65W 2C1A GaN charger and other products, and the quality has been unanimously recognized by customers.
The transformer core is tightly wound with tape insulation.
The bottom plate is soldered with SMD Y capacitors, feedback optocouplers, synchronous rectifier chips and protocol chips.
The other side is welded with a filtered solid state capacitor and a USB-C receptacle.
The two SMD Y capacitors are from Sichuan Teruixiang Technology Co., Ltd., the part number is TBY2222MF, which belongs to the SMD-Y2 series, and uses two in series. With the characteristics of small size and light weight, the chip Y capacitors of Teruixiang are very suitable for high-density power products such as gallium nitride fast charging.

Through the dismantling of the charging head network, it was learned that in addition to being used by Belkin, Anker, QCY, Shengli, Maiduoduo, OPPO, Lenovo, Nubia, Baseus, Hailutong, First Guard and other brands of dozens of fast charging products, in addition, it was also used by Igor 40W LED driver power supply, Changhong 42-inch smart network TV 42P3F built-in power supply, Zhuo Feihang 45W gallium nitride ultra-fast wall charge and other products, and the performance was unanimously recognized by customers.

The synchronous rectifier chip comes from Dongke Semiconductor, silkscreen 100R15S, the actual model is DK5V100R15S, it is a synchronous rectifier chip without peripherals, built-in 100V withstand voltage, 15mΩ conductive resistance synchronous rectifier tube, with self-power supply technology, can directly replace Schottky diode, has very low forward voltage drop and extremely low temperature rise, improves the conversion efficiency of power supply, and improves EMI.

The output filter capacitor comes from Yangzhou Shengyang Electronics, with a specification of 330μF25V, and two in parallel.
The USB-C protocol chip from Hynetek, model HUSB380, has the advantages of high integration, high performance, small size, supports USB PD3.1, has 5 FPDOs and 2 APDOs, and can be configured with additional 7 power levels through PS0 and PS1 pins. The chip integrates low conductance NMOS, integrated over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, under-voltage lockout, over-current protection, fast over-current protection and over-thermal shutdown protection, and adopts QFN4*4-32L package, which is suitable for chargers and car charger applications.
