Innovation is more powerful and effective

According to the spirit of the "Anhui Province Smart School Construction Master Plan (2018~2022)" and other documents, Huoqiu County has achieved the goal of building smart schools two years ahead of schedule. In 2020, the construction task of full coverage of the third to ninth grades of compulsory education and the first to third grades of high school will be completed, and the municipal smart school project will be equipped with 2,490 sets of teacher tablets (including systems), 27,511 sets of student tablets (including systems), 830 charging cabinets, and 830 interactive terminal equipment, and the county finance has invested a total of 118 million yuan.

In the face of new challenges and new opportunities in the development of education informatization, the Huoqiu County Education Bureau has gradually formed a "3+3+X" smart school management application model in order to maximize the benefits of educational equipment.

The Huoqiu County Education Bureau has innovatively established a smart school application supervision and evaluation mechanism, a dynamic equipment management and revitalization adjustment mechanism, and a chief information officer (CIO) working mechanism.

The smart school equipment of the school that has been withdrawn from the layout adjustment or the school with a reduced number of students will be revitalized and reused, and incorporated into the quantitative index system of the target management assessment of the township center school, so as to effectively eliminate the occurrence of idle and wasteful smart school equipment.

Establish a working mechanism for the school's chief information officer (CIO). The Education Bureau has established a working mechanism for chief information officers, and the Education Working Committee of the county party committee has hired 43 backbone members of school information technology and school management as chief information officers to coordinate the planning and development of educational informatization in townships and schools.

Three activities were carried out

Combined with the actual informatization work, the Huoqiu County Education Bureau has innovatively carried out activities such as inter-school exchanges and seminars on the "Ten Schools Alliance" of smart schools, electronic education research and county-level educational information technology research.

Innovate and carry out the "Ten Schools Alliance" activity of smart schools. Since 2021, a total of 10 "Ten Schools Alliance" exchange and discussion activities have been carried out, with nearly 4,000 teachers and students from primary and secondary schools participating in smart schools.

Innovate and carry out research activities on electronic education. The Education Bureau has innovatively compiled a special issue of "Research on Electronic Education in Huoqiu County", which has been compiled and printed for 27 issues. Deeply excavate the experience and effectiveness of smart schools and other educational informatization work, and promote the in-depth application of smart school education informatization in education and teaching.

Innovate and carry out research activities on educational information technology at the county level. The Education Bureau has innovatively carried out research on educational information technology at the county level, found new work starting points for front-line teachers in smart schools, and played a positive role in improving the effectiveness of education and teaching, improving the level of school running and the quality of education.

X multi-dimensional promotion of work

Strengthen and optimize education informatization equipment. Since 2019, the county education bureau has invested about 130 million yuan in the construction of 317 smart schools at all levels. In order to consolidate and improve the equipment environment of smart schools, since 2020, 1,202 sets of supplementary Banbantong equipment have been replaced, with a cumulative investment of nearly 20 million yuan, providing a strong guarantee for the normalized application of smart schools.

Strengthen education informatization training. The county education bureau actively organizes teachers to participate in online and offline "blended" training activities on smart school applications. In recent years, nearly 30,000 teachers have been organized to participate in various trainings such as information technology application 2.0 project, educational equipment, and smart Huishi growth plan.

Carefully organize the education informatization competition. In the past three years, the Education Bureau has won more than 1,300 awards in various competitions such as the selection of high-quality courses in smart classrooms in primary and secondary schools in Lu'an City, the Teacher Education Teaching Informatization Competition, and the number and proportion of awards are among the top in the city.
