On the morning of April 17, Qinghe Central School in Huaining County organized a special practical activity and led the sixth grade students to visit and study at the Huaining County Anti-drug Education Base.
Early in the morning, with curiosity and anticipation, the students lined up neatly at the school gate, ready to go. Under the leadership of the teacher, they took the school bus to the anti-drug education base located in the county.
As soon as they arrived at the base, the students were attracted by the rich and colorful content in the exhibition area. They listened carefully to the explanations of the commentators, carefully watched the anti-drug propaganda pictures and physical displays, and gained an in-depth understanding of the types, harms and prevention knowledge of drugs through the illustrated display boards. The narrator used vivid cases to describe the great harm of drugs to individuals, families and society, so that the students deeply realized the importance and urgency of anti-drug work.
In the interactive experience area, the students actively participated in the anti-drug knowledge quiz, and through personal participation, they more intuitively felt the hardships and difficulties of anti-drug work. They have expressed that in the future, they should consciously resist drugs and stay away from drugs, and at the same time, they should also publicize anti-drug knowledge to the people around them and jointly create a drug-free social environment.
Through this visit, the students not only learned the knowledge of drug control, but also planted the seeds of staying away from drugs in the depths of their hearts. I believe that in the future, they will translate this understanding into action, actively spread the concept of anti-drugs, and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society. Wang Zhimiao, the principal of the school, said that the school will continue to strengthen anti-drug education to escort the healthy growth of students.
