Previously, the netizen had posted a photo with Lei Jun when he picked up the car on the Internet, with the text "SU7 is my current dream car". The homepage introduces "the first batch of SU7 owners in the country, the man who opened the door of Mr. Lei". According to its public Weibo content, as of 4 pm on April 16, the netizen posted a total of 15 blog posts on Weibo, 14 of which are related to Xiaomi SU7.
The man was exposed to a recording of the dismissal process
On the evening of April 16, Mr. Yao, the above-mentioned netizen, posted on social media a recording of the conversation between HR and himself on the day of dismissal.
According to the recording, HR said that the company recently found that he had recently directly or indirectly engaged in behaviors related to competing products in his personal name or identity, including participating in Xiaomi's press conference during his tenure and publishing operational information related to competing products. The HR said that these were all violations of the non-compete clauses of the employment contract, and after unanimous discussions with the legal department, it was decided to unilaterally terminate Mr. Yao's employment contract.
In this regard, Mr. Yao said that he has no connection with Xiaomi, but just participated in the owner event held by Xiaomi as a Xiaomi SU7 owner, and shared some content on his owner account, but he did not say that Jiyue was bad, nor did he mention any word of Jiyue. Mr. Yao said that after the interview, the company removed his company account, including all his chat history and emails. It only took an hour from the appointment to the forced resignation.
The company responded
On April 17, the official Weibo of Jiyue Automobile issued a statement on the situation, saying that it was recently rumored on the Internet that Jiyue Automobile was fired because of the employee Yao Moumou's purchase of a certain meter car, which is contrary to the facts.
Jiyue Auto clarifies as follows:
"Jiyue Automobile was not fired because Yao Moumou bought a certain meter car, the full picture of the facts is: first, Yao Moumou, as a staff member in charge of social media/private domain operation in the user development department, has registered an account "Da Yao Tok" in his personal name on multiple social media, including Weibo, B station, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Know Chedi, Video Account, etc., and continues to operate a car fan group for a certain rice brand. And only publicize the relevant content of a certain rice brand model, which has the attributes of self-media, which directly conflicts with the responsibilities of its position, and seriously violates professional ethics and non-competition obligations.
Secondly, according to the timestamp of the publicity of Yao's above-mentioned social media account, his publicity and distribution behavior occurred many times during normal working hours. In other words, Yao Moumou engaged in the above-mentioned conduct that was unrelated to the company's affairs during working hours and was obviously contrary to his own job duties and professional ethics.
What's more, the company's records show that Yao Moumou also had many unexcused absenteeism, in particular, Yao Moumou went to Beijing to participate in the pick-up ceremony of a certain meter car on April 3, and spread it on the above-mentioned social media platform with the title of "Mr. Lei gave me the car door", which was publicly reported by multiple media. ”
