The 9th China-Mongolia-Russia Wanli Tea Ceremony City Cooperation Conference was hosted by the Hubei Provincial People's Government and the China NGO Association for the Promotion of International Exchanges, with the theme of "Civilization Exchange and Mutual Learning, City Cooperation and Win-Win".
During the conference, a number of main activities will be held, such as the opening ceremony, keynote speeches, the exhibition of the long scroll of the "Tea Ceremony", the parallel forum on people-to-people bonds, the civilization lecture hall, the city cooperation matchmaking meeting, the city roundtable and the release of the results.

On April 16, the staff of the Huanglonghu International Convention Center, the main venue of this year's CCIC, was conducting a final inspection and commissioning of the lighting, sound, large screen and other equipment.

All our lighting and sound equipment are already in place, and tables, chairs and benches will be put in place immediately. The place where we are standing now is the venue for tomorrow's opening ceremony, and it is also the venue for one of the very important thematic forums of our conference.
During the meeting, nearly 300 people, including the Russian and Mongolian delegations, envoys of some countries in China, representatives of international tea organizations, and representatives of cities along the route, will gather together to discuss friendship, cooperation and development.

This is the meeting hall of the Huanglonghu International Conference Center, and when our international guests come, the Chinese leaders will come to this room to meet with them. At present, our national flag and materials have been fully prepared.
During the conference, the guests will gather at the Huanglonghu Tea Culture Museum to exchange views on the theme of international exchanges of tea culture and promoting mutual learning between civilizations.

At that time, our Chinese and foreign guests will come here to tour the exhibition, visit our tea warehouse in Huanglong Lake, our purple clay pot hall, and the century-old iron kettle hall, and we will also prepare a special exhibition of tea life.

In addition to various main activities, the organizers will also hold a tea culture exhibition, a high-quality agricultural products exhibition, a tourism route and an intangible cultural heritage exhibition at the Holiday Inn Tianyu Lake.

Hubei is the hometown of Lu Yu, the "tea saint", and the tea culture has a long history. Hubei's long history of tea production and developed land and waterway transportation have created Hankou, the "Oriental Tea Port".
All categories of Chutian good tea products will be unveiled in this exhibition, so that the fragrance of tea will spread far and wide.

Yunmeng shadow puppetry, guqin, tai chi, lacquerware, face sculpture, wheat straw painting, Daye embroidery, carved paper-cutting, Makou kiln...... Along this "tea ceremony", appreciate the Hubei culture.
