Wang Shaohui and his entourage came to Yinjiashan Coal Mine in our county to learn more about the basic situation of the coal mine and the key work of safety production through discussion and exchange, listening to reports, viewing views, and entering the well for inspection, so as to check the pulse of coal mine safety production work. He pointed out that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on production safety, coordinate development and safety, firmly establish the concept of "people first, life first", conscientiously study and implement the "Coal Mine Safety Production Regulations", strictly follow the "double full-day" work arrangement, all employees investigate the "three violations" and "three violations", do a solid job in coal mine production safety supervision, and create a safe and stable social environment for high-quality development.
Wang Shaohui emphasized that it is necessary to effectively improve ideological understanding, strictly implement the responsibility of territorial management and industry supervision, continuously strengthen service guarantees, focus on the difficulties and problems existing in coal mining enterprises, further strengthen overall coordination, supervision and guidance, and promote the improvement of safety production level in the coal mining field with high-level services, and help high-quality economic and social development. Coal mining enterprises should conscientiously fulfill the main responsibility of production safety, firmly establish the concept of "safety is efficiency", tighten and consolidate safety responsibilities, and carry out various tasks in strict accordance with the requirements of safety production. It is necessary to do a good job in the overall planning of coal mine production, firmly grasp the key points of the "double full-day" work of the mine, standardize the standard operation, continuously strengthen on-site management, and effectively eliminate potential safety hazards. It is necessary to intensify the investigation of risks and hidden dangers, and investigate and inspect the unsafe behaviors of people, the unsafe state of things, the unsafe factors of the environment and the defects in management in coal mine production, so as to make changes as soon as they are known, make immediate changes, make real changes, and comprehensively rectify them.
