On the afternoon of April 11th, the Anlinzhan Town Family Planning Association carried out a parent classroom knowledge lecture at the first center kindergarten China Family Planning Association "Sunflower Parent-Child Cottage" project site, and invited Yang Juan, director of the Child Protection Department of Anlinzhan Town Health Center, to explain the knowledge to parents of infants and toddlers aged 0-3, and a total of 10 parents participated in this activity.
In the lecture, Director Yang used PPT courseware to introduce the main symptoms, preventive measures, and nursing points of common diseases such as "hand, foot and mouth disease, influenza, iron deficiency anemia, and nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets" to children and parents in simple terms. Parents should pay attention to cultivating good hygiene habits in children, wash hands frequently, maintain a balanced diet, strengthen indoor ventilation, insist on physical exercise, vaccination, etc., so as to reduce the occurrence and spread of diseases.
In view of the common symptoms of babies such as baby cough and baby food accumulation, Director Yang taught everyone the operation method of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat the above symptoms, and expelled the accumulated gases such as moisture and poisonous gas from the body by squeezing and kneading the relevant acupuncture points, so as to enhance the functions of the heart, lungs, spleen and stomach of infants and young children. For parents who could not feel the acupuncture points on the spot, Director Yang assisted parents to find the corresponding acupuncture points, and the parents further spread the culture of TCM physiotherapy while mastering the relevant therapies.
