In order to further improve the service capacity of community health service stations and village clinics, recently, the Xincheng Street Community Health Service Center organized personnel from relevant departments to carry out joint supervision activities for service stations in its jurisdiction.
In terms of nosocomial infection, the focus was on the cleaning and disinfection of the environment in the service station, the hand hygiene operation of some staff was randomly assessed on the spot, and the classification and transfer of medical waste were guided. In terms of 6S management, the focus is on guiding the service station to improve its management ability from the aspects of standardizing the storage of items, improving work efficiency, and cultivating compliance, and demonstrating the basic behaviors of 6S management such as wire sorting, item positioning, and storage, so as to improve the service station's awareness of new management tools. In the management of patients with severe mental disorders, focus on inspecting the implementation of the spirit of the higher-level documents, including follow-up of service users, health examinations, medication rates, and the setting up of mental health education studios.
This supervision and inspection is problem-oriented, measures as the starting point, and effect as the goal, compared with the problems existing in the early stage, do not evade, do not cover up, go all out to promote rectification, and persistently promote long-term results. In the next step, the center will increase the supervision of its subordinate stations and offices to ensure that community health service stations and village clinics standardize their practice behaviors, improve service quality, improve management level, and contribute to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the service capacity of grassroots medical institutions.
