From April 13th to 14th, the 2nd China Innovation Development Policy and Management Annual Conference was held in Hefei. Researcher Mu Rongping, Chairman of the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy, served as the chairman of the conference, and Professor Chen Kaihua of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Professor Ye Jiangfeng, Vice Dean of the Business School of Anhui University, served as the chairmen of the academic committee of the conference. The conference attracted more than 500 scholars, teachers and students in the field of innovation from all over the country.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Hu Zhijian, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Development Strategy of the Ministry of Science and Technology. A total of 14 sub-venues were set up at the conference, covering topics such as innovation theory and practice of Chinese-style modernization, theoretical traceability of new quality productivity, digital transformation and development, artificial intelligence scenario innovation, key core technology innovation, digital intelligence innovation ecosystem, scientific and technological innovation policy, enterprise innovation in the digital intelligence era, cross-organizational innovation network, industrial integration innovation, intellectual property rights and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, dual carbon practice and green innovation, scientific and technological talents and innovation and entrepreneurship, organizational change and strategic management. After careful review and strict selection by the expert jury, a total of 10 conference papers won the excellent papers of the annual meeting. Based on the economic construction process of the province and the characteristics of regional industries, the experts summarized the successful experience of innovation-driven development, and put forward a differentiated path to promote the development of regional new quality productivity according to local conditions in the context of the digital era. It is also proposed that the development of new quality productive forces needs to consider not only the reform of macroeconomic development mode, but also the management and leadership of micro-organizations, and the top-level design of the government, the knowledge coordination of colleges and universities, and the practical transformation of enterprises. At the same time, the development of new quality productivity can not ignore the old quality of productivity, with the emergence of emerging technologies, enterprises need to carry out high-end, digital intelligence, green transformation, to upgrade the traditional productivity.
