While improving its digital monitoring capabilities, Qujiang District has actively implemented the defense responsibilities at the district, township and village levels, strengthened the inspection of mountain ponds, reservoirs and flash flood risk points during the flood season, and eliminated hidden risks in a timely manner. Zhu Weihua, a villager in Shaoyuan Village, Zhou's hometown, is a reservoir inspector. During the flood season, he came to the reservoir at least once a day to carry out inspections to check the water level, dam body and other conditions, "In special weather, we will encrypt the frequency of inspections, fully implement various measures for reservoir flood control, and record and report the problems found in the inspection in a timely manner to ensure the safety of the reservoir." ”
