The 2023 (4th) Xiamen "Civilized Community, Happy Home" selection season is guided by Xiamen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and Fujian Daily (Newspaper Group), hosted by Strait Herald, and co-organized by Fujian Daily, New Fujian Client, Baojia CCPARK and major property units, and has received positive responses and enthusiastic participation from 106 communities and 39 property companies.
Through the method of "online voting + offline evaluation", this selection season adheres to the principle of openness, fairness and justice for all-round evaluation, and finally selects the top 10 "civilized communities and happy homes" in Xiamen, the top 10 property management enterprises in Xiamen and the "benchmark community" of Xiamen property management and the "well-known brand" of Xiamen property management. The selection stage was carried out step by step through multiple links such as registration and selection, online voting, offline evaluation and scoring, and offline selection and verification of community/property enterprises, and finally ended perfectly. During the 7-day voting session, the total number of votes was as high as 4331732 votes, and the cumulative number of visits was 7086012.
The top 30 community/property enterprises will pass the on-site review of the expert evaluation team, and set up 36 evaluation rules for 5 major projects, and comprehensively score the standardized management of the community, the community environment, emergency mechanism construction, property management, team building, etc., and set up 13 scoring rules for 7 major projects to conduct all-round evaluation and scoring on the basic conditions, internal management, red property, service skills, and spiritual civilization construction of the property company, and select the best among the winners to be shortlisted.
