On April 16, Beijing time, 18-year-old wing Pacome Dadiet, a player of France's 2005 golden generation, announced on social media that he would participate in the 2024 NBA draft.

As his fellow French Alexandre Sarr and Noah Penta have done before, Zaccharie Risacher and Tidjane Salaun are also expected to soon follow their lead in announcing their candidacy, with April 27 being the deadline for early candidacy.

In his statement, Dadiye thanked his family, as well as his teammates and coaches, and he was proud to announce that he will pursue his dream by entering the 2024 NBA Draft.
Dadiye, 6-9 (2.06 meters), playing for the German club Ratiopharm Ulm, born in July 2005, is currently only 18 years old, averaging 6.2 points and 2.3 rebounds in 15 minutes per game this season, shooting 48.6% from the field and 36% from three-point range.

Dudtier is considered a potential first-round pick, and he's still immature, but perhaps there are NBA executives who will see his potential to draft him with a high pick and then put him in the G League to develop. If the market is not good enough, he can also withdraw from the 2024 NBA draft and wait until 2025 to participate.
