In our busy society, when it comes to "taking a holiday," almost everyone can spit out two mouthfuls. During the New Year's holidays, the company issued a notice of the holiday, and the circle of friends immediately mourned, but the holiday system was as sticky as kraft candy, and it couldn't be shaken off. Today, let's break it down, what makes people hate this holiday, and why is it so difficult to cancel.

To put it bluntly, the company adjusts working days and rest days in order to allow everyone to have a few more days off on statutory holidays. The original intention is very good, I want everyone to spend more time with their families, go out for a wave, and stimulate consumption.
But this will also lead to a bad situation for our whole person, and I have summarized the following 3 points:
(1) Disrupting the rhythm of life: I slept until I woke up naturally on the weekend, and when I took a holiday, I had to go to work for several days in a row, and my biological clock was all out of order, and I felt that the whole person was not good.
(2) Aggravation of post-vacation syndrome: I finally stayed up until the long vacation, and came back from playing crazy, but what was waiting for you was the hard days of continuous work.
(3) Discounted work efficiency: rush work before the holiday, make up the work after the holiday, frequent work interruptions, and low efficiency so low that you want to cry.

But why can't it be canceled? I would like to summarize the following three points:
❶ Economic accounting: the government and enterprises have their own accounts, and long holidays can drive tourism and shopping, and the economy is leveraged. It makes sense to sacrifice a little personal inconvenience for the great prosperity of the country.
❷ Habit becomes natural: After so many years, although everyone scolds, their bodies are very honest, and they are still full of expectations when it comes to a long holiday. Once a habit is formed, it is not easy to change.
❸ Balance problem: It is necessary to protect the right to rest of workers and consider economic development, so it has become a compromise method. It's not so easy to get the best of both worlds.

In fact, everyone understands in their hearts that the matter of compensatory leave is not something that can be canceled if it is canceled. But we ordinary people also have to speak out and call for a more reasonable and humane leave system. For example, can we increase some real paid annual leave, so that everyone can choose their own time to rest, or the compensatory leave arrangement can be more scientific, so as not to make everyone too "sad". In fact, CCTV also speaks for our people! I just don't know if I listen to the "holiday office"!
