Selection of the location of the substation room

1. Close to the load center;

2. Convenient entry and exit lines;

3. Considering waterproofing, it should not be located directly below the toilet, bathroom, kitchen or other places where water often accumulates, nor should it be close to each other;

4. The distribution and substation attached to the civil building should be set up on the first floor or the underground floor, and should not be set up at the lowest floor.

5. The equipment is easy to hoist and transport.

Weak motor room location selection

1. It is advisable to classify and set up a weak motor room (wiring + telephone + data, consumer control + security + building control + broadcasting, radio + television);

2. There should be room for expansion in the area of the computer room;

3. Multi-storey buildings should be equipped with weak current rooms;

4. It should be located on the first floor and above, and when there are multiple underground floors, it can also be set up in a basement floor or a building in the center of the building complex;

5. The computer room should not be located directly below or adjacent to the toilet, bathroom or other humid and water-prone places;

The location of the weak current main engine room is selected

1. It should be close to the weak current room, and the entry and exit lines are convenient;

2. The equipment is convenient for hoisting and transportation;

3. The computer room should be kept away from the place of strong vibration source and strong noise source, and when it cannot be avoided, effective vibration isolation, noise reduction and sound insulation measures should be taken; (less than 68dB)

4. The computer room should be far away from the strong electromagnetic field interference place, and should not be set up in the upstairs, downstairs or next door of the transformer room and distribution room, and when it cannot be avoided, effective electromagnetic shielding measures should be taken (at the frequency of 0.15~1000MHz, it should not be greater than 126dB).

Position selection between strong and weak currents

1. It should be located in a public part that is convenient for inlet and outlet lines, easy to install and maintain;

2. When the integrated wiring system is installed, the wiring distance from the weak current room to the farthest information socket should not exceed 90m, and when it exceeds 90m, a weak current room should be added;

3. The position should correspond to the upper and lower layers. Each floor should have a separate door, and should not form a suite with other rooms;

4. The strong and weak current room should not share the pipeline well with water, heating, gas, etc.;

5. Avoid being close to flues, thermal pipes and other facilities with large heat dissipation or humidity.

1. The office building is not less than 4 square meters;

2. The area between the equipment should be determined according to the following principles: 10m2 when the system is less than 1000 information points, and 5m2 when the system is larger, 5m2 for each additional 500 information points, but excluding the area required by other equipment.

3. A special distribution box should be set up in the equipment room, and the capacity should not be less than 5kVA, and the low-voltage distribution system should adopt TN-S or TN-C-S system. Copper core shielded cables should be used for low-voltage distribution lines under the overhead raised floor.

4. When there is a comprehensive wiring cabinet, the area of the weak current room should be ≥5m2. If the information points covered exceed 150 points, the area should be increased appropriately;

5. When there is no integrated wiring cabinet, the wall cabinet type weak current room can be used. When there are many systems, the area of the weak current room should be ≥ 3X0.8m2, and when the system is less, the area of the weak current room should be ≥ 1.58X0.6m2.

Annotation:

1. When the fixed switch cabinet is arranged against the wall, the clear distance between the back of the cabinet and the strong should be greater than 50mm, and the net distance between the side and the wall should be greater than 200mm;

2. The width of the passage can be reduced by 200mm when the wall of the building encounters the local protrusion of the column;

3. If there is an additional cabinet for inlet/outlet lines behind the switch cabinet, the width of the maintenance channel behind the cabinet should be calculated from its additional cabinet;

4. The values in parentheses are applicable to 35KV switchgear.
