At present, more than 9,500 enterprises in Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone have set up branches in the Tianjin-Hebei region. In 2023, there will be 6,758 technology contracts from Beijing to Tianjin and Hebei, with a turnover of 78.47 billion yuan, an increase of 14.9% and 109.8% respectively over 2022. Zhongguancun has established strategic cooperative relations with 77 regions (units) in 26 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country, and jointly built 27 bases for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.

Yin Li, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Beijing Municipal CPC Committee, said that Beijing is rich in education, science and technology, and human resources, and scientific and technological innovation achievements are constantly emerging.
