8. Key points of foundation pit construction supervision and monitoring

(1) The foundation pit construction plan should be carried out according to the design requirements of the construction group.

(3) The pit wall support should be implemented according to the plan, and the environmental monitoring of the foundation pit should be implemented as required, and the maximum deformation and daily deformation of the foundation pit should not exceed the specified limit.

9. Safety supervision of earthworks

(8) When two people carry the template, they should cooperate with each other and work together. Transfer formwork, tools should be lifted after the means of transport or rope are fastened, and shall not be thrown indiscriminately, when the combined steel formwork is dismantled, someone should respond up and down, and the steel formwork and accessories should be assembled and disassembled, and transported with it. (11) Set up scaffolding or operating table for high-altitude work, use ladders up and down, do not stand on the wall to work, do not stand on the bottom mold of the girder to walk, and the operator is strictly forbidden to wear hard-soled shoes and heel shoes.

(12) It is forbidden to use 125px×250px wood when dismantling the formwork, and the steel formwork is used as a standing board.

(13) When the steel mold and the machine parts are transported vertically, the lifting point must be strictly required to prevent falling and injuring people, and the formwork top support arrangement must meet the construction load requirements, especially in the case of basement hoisting, basement roof template, support also needs to consider the large mechanical walking factor, the number of supports per square meter, must meet the load requirements, when removing the formwork, the temporary scaffold must be firm, and the removed template must not be used as a scaffold. (17) When carrying out the construction of SBS coil hot adhesive method, the site should be equipped with fire extinguishing facilities in accordance with the requirements of the construction plan, and the storage of liquefied gas cylinders and tanks should meet the safety requirements.

12. Reinforcement works

(1) The work of steel bar breaking, batching, and bending should be carried out on the ground, and are not allowed to be carried out at high altitude.

(2) When binding the suspended girder steel bar on site, it is not allowed to stand on the formwork and operate, but must be operated on the scaffold board. When binding the steel bar of the independent pile head, it is not allowed to stand on the steel bar and bind, and it is not allowed to wear wood, pipes, and steel formwork in the steel bar as a standing slab.

(3) Lifting the steel skeleton, it is forbidden to stand below, and the skeleton must be lowered to below 1m of the formwork before it is allowed to approach, and the hook can be removed only after the support is in place.

(4) When lifting the steel bar, the specifications must be unified, and the length is not allowed to be uneven, and it is not allowed to lift at one point.

(5) Before using the cutting machine, it is necessary to check whether the mechanical operation is normal, whether there is leakage, and flammable materials are not allowed to be stacked behind the cutting machine.

(6) When working at height, the steel bars shall not be stacked on the formwork and scaffolding board, and the tools, steel hoops and short steel bars shall not be placed on the scaffold board at will, so as not to slide down and hurt people.

(7) Regardless of whether the steel skeleton is fixed or not, it is forbidden to walk on it, and it is forbidden to go up and down from the steel hoop on the column.

(8) When the steel bar is cold drawn, protective facilities must be installed at both ends of the cold drawn line, and it is strictly forbidden to stand or cross at both ends of the cold drawn line, touching the steel bar that is being cold drawn.

(9) The on-site welding machine must be grounded to ensure the safety of the operator, and the welding wire and welding tongs should be reliably insulated.

(10) When indoor arc welding, there should be an exhaust ventilation device. Arc baffles should be set up between the welders' operation sites to prevent arc light from stabbing their eyes.

13. Concrete works

When the vibrator moves, it should not hard-pull the wire, let alone drag it on the steel bar and other sharp objects, so as to prevent the wire from being cut or broken and causing electric shock casualties.

(4) When the derrick basket is lifted or lowered, the derrick safety door, head and hand are not allowed to reach into the derrick, and the gondola can only enter the gondola to work when the gondola is stable.

14. Wall engineering

(1) When the height of the masonry of the wall exceeds 1.2m above the ground level, scaffolding should be erected, and when the height is more than 1 floor or more than 4m, the scaffold must be supported with a safety net, and the outer scaffold should be equipped with a protective railing and a foot guard before masonry.

15. Door and window installation engineering

(3) The base of the woodworking machinery must be stable, the parts must be complete, and the rotating and dangerous parts of the machinery must be installed with protective devices according to the regulations. It is not allowed to arbitrarily change the coarse fuse. In particular, the cutterhead part of the machine should be strictly inspected, and the cutterhead screws must be tightened to prevent the blade from flying out and hurting people.

(4) Smoking or using open flames is strictly prohibited in woodworking workshops, wood warehouses and wood storage yards. Waste materials should be cleaned up in time and cleaned up to avoid accidents.

(5) Doors and windows shall not be placed flat, they shall be erected, and their inclination shall not exceed 20 degrees, and herringbone stacking shall not be allowed.

16. Steel structure and iron parts production engineering

17. Component hoisting project

18. Steel structure hoisting project

(1) When the profiled steel plate for pouring the floor slab is not arranged after the column and beam installation, in order to facilitate the convenience of the construction of column bolts and so on, an appropriate number of walkway plates need to be laid on the steel beam.

(2) In order to facilitate the construction of the connecting column, an operating platform should be set up at the pile connecting place, and the platform is fixed at the top of the lower section column.

(3) In order to facilitate the construction of climbing, the climbing ladder should be fixed on the steel column before hoisting the column. 19. Shelf engineering

(1) Before erection, the screening of steel pipes should be strictly carried out, and the rods with serious corrosion, thin walls, and serious bending and cracking should not be used.

21. Ventilation works
