Zhang Bin told reporters that Baixin Hengshan TS02FF30 server is based on Kunpeng chips, with the highest multi-core, ultra-large memory bandwidth, built-in hardware acceleration engines and other computing capabilities. A single server supports 2 processors and up to 128 cores, which can maximize the concurrent execution capability of multi-threaded applications and provide high-concurrency multi-computing power for enterprise applications with extremely low server startup power consumption.

High-quality servers are the infrastructure that provides stable and reliable computing power. It is understood that the Baixin Hengshan TS02F-F30 server is equipped with two "Kunpeng series" processors, which support the "Ascend" AI computing power, and the core components have all been localized, and the factory supports pre-installed domestic operating systems such as "Galaxy Kirin".

In the production workshop on the second floor of Xiong'an Baixin Intelligent Manufacturing Base, the reporter saw that AGV trolleys (automatic guided trucks) carried material racks to the front end of the production line, and left by themselves after putting down the material racks. After the on-site workers pre-process the materials, the manipulator on the production line will automatically pick up the pre-processed materials and put them on the conveyor belt, which is about 20 meters long, and every 2-3 meters there is a worker standing aside, waiting for the materials to come and follow the corresponding operations.

When the material reaches the end of the production line, a server has been manufactured, and after the automatic packing of the manipulator is completed, the elevator will transport the packaged finished product server to the finished product warehouse on the first floor.

From raw material sorting, pre-processing, machine assembly to back-end testing, packaging, sorting and warehousing, all completed on this assembly line. "In the design of our production line, a large number of advanced production technologies such as robotic arms, AGV handling robots, intelligent sorting mechanisms, and up-and-down lifting mechanisms have been introduced, and the work efficiency has been greatly improved in the six major production elements such as man, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement. Zhang Bin said that compared with the traditional production line, the production capacity has doubled.

The assembly line often favors the large-scale mass production of products with the same specifications and configurations. Tong Jun, the person in charge of the intelligent manufacturing base, said that the biggest highlight of this production line is that it can achieve flexible manufacturing. That is to say, customized production can be realized according to the configuration needs of different users for the server.

"Different users have very different server configuration needs, and the orders submitted to the shop floor are varied. Tong Jun said that the production department will first convert the sales order information into production order information, and then prioritize the order, and then, the intelligent warehousing and logistics system will dispatch different raw materials from the warehouse to the assembly line as needed, and carry out collaborative production with robots and robotic arms to achieve optimal production scheduling and mixed production of different kinds of products.

"This display will show the model, status, completion and so on of each product being assembled in real time. Zhang Yinghan of the manufacturing department pointed to the data kanban at the top of the assembly line and said, especially for customized products, each station will dynamically adjust the work content according to the requirements of the work instructions.

How to ensure the assembly quality of each piece of equipment? Will assembly errors occur? In response to the reporter's question, Zhang Yinghan pointed to the robot automatic feeder and said: "No. Each of our processes is checked by an intelligent detection system. Like the assembly link, the robotic arm will assemble the materials according to the process requirements, and after the assembly is completed, the intelligent product detection system here will collect and sample the picture of the link through the camera, and automatically check it in the way of intelligent visual comparison, and enter the next station after passing the test. Compared to the conventional inspection with manual eyes, the accuracy and productivity have been greatly improved. ”

"The server not only needs to be fast, but it also needs to run reliably. Every server we produce is subjected to rigorous inspection here before leaving the factory. Yang Cihang of the manufacturing department pointed to the rows of servers on the shelves of the aging room and said.

Yang Cihang introduced that the aging test is a test link that must be carried out before the server leaves the factory, and it is to observe the working state of the server under extreme conditions. Once a server is running, there may be no downtime for the entire lifecycle. The server aging test simulates the extreme load of the server in a long-term working environment, and conducts continuous, high-intensity, and ultra-large load operation tests to expose the possible problems of the server in the extreme state. Solving these problems can ensure the stability and reliability of the server in the actual use process, and avoid the sudden collapse of the server at a critical moment, causing serious consequences.
