(China Food Safety News reporter Hui Qinglian from Shaanxi) in order to do a solid job in preparing for the national acceptance of the national food safety demonstration city, further improve the ideological understanding, and enhance the level of food safety supervision, on April 11, the Huanglong County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau carried out the simulation acceptance work of Huanglong County, a national food safety demonstration city in Yan'an City, and invited Zhang Jianzhong, a fourth-level researcher of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, and Zhang Shuo, chief of the catering section, to give on-site guidance to the simulated acceptance work of Huanglong County. The simulated acceptance personnel are randomly selected from the backbone of food safety supervision in the whole system to form an acceptance working group to carry out the simulated acceptance of the county's work to create a national food safety demonstration city.
The simulated acceptance will be divided into six acceptance groups according to different formats, respectively, food processing workshops, collective dining units, catering service units, small restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores for inspection. In strict accordance with the standards of the "National Food Safety Demonstration City Evaluation Rules (2023 Edition)" and the "National Food Safety Demonstration City Provincial Evaluation Operation Guide (2023 Edition)", each acceptance team adopts on-site inspection, data review, and on-site scoring to carry out simulated acceptance inspection.
After the simulation acceptance, a symposium on the simulation acceptance of the creation of a national food safety demonstration city was quickly held. Zhang Jianzhong, the fourth-level researcher of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Zhang Shuo, the chief of the catering section, Li Yongwei, the deputy head of the county government, and other leaders and relevant staff of the County Market Supervision Bureau attended the meeting. At the meeting, Li Yongwei asked the county market supervision bureau to give full play to the role of taking the lead, pay close attention to the weaknesses of the short board, adhere to the problem orientation, quickly carry out self-examination and self-evaluation, establish a list of problems, sell them one by one, comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of the creation work, ensure that the overall standards of various industries meet the standards, and lay a solid foundation for meeting the national acceptance.
Finally, Lv Zhongquan summarized the simulation acceptance work, pointed out the problems in the simulation work, and made arrangements for the next step from three aspects: the publicity atmosphere is stronger, the inspection standards are standardized, and the inspection points are fully covered.
