With a diameter of 39 mm and a thickness of 9.2 mm, the new watch is well-proportioned and has a slim silhouette that can easily be tucked into the cuffs for formal evening occasions. The case is made of rose gold and has been polished to give it a lustrous finish. The entire watch is water-resistant to 50 meters.
The dial is eggshell white and complements the rose gold case. The date, month, day and moon phases at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock are harmoniously symmetrical, legible and do not require manual adjustment until the year 2100. The two facets of the Dauphine hand are decorated with two distinct finishes, polished and satin-brushed, with a central blue seconds hand and elongated appliqué indexes indicating the time.
When the aperture directly above the central hand of the dial turns red, the user is reminded that it is not advisable to adjust the date display at this time, as this could damage the elaborate mechanism.
