Use the design language to interpret the owner's elite life attitude
Walking into this three-story villa, the overall space is based on black, white and gray, strengthening the use of arc elements, and at the same time, using French carving and other details to enhance the elegant and soft texture of the whole space, and interpret the owner's more vivid life attitude.
Stairs meander from bottom to top. The perfect combination of extreme arc and wood occupies the main body of the building, like an art installation, which further highlights the owner's taste.
Basement space: The main function is defined as the kitchen space and leisure area. Including Chinese and Western kitchen space, wine cellar, video room, laundry room and other functional spaces.
The western kitchen space uses dark gray metallic colors, while the Chinese kitchen space is dominated by light colors, which are superimposed and contrasted with rock slabs and glass materials under light and shadow, as if depicting a monochrome sketch, which looks simple but has powerful practical functions.
Compared with the main reception area on the first floor, the living room on the negative floor is mainly for leisure and entertainment, and in the after-dinner chat area, you can feel the change of the four seasons through the 6-meter-long, 2.5-wide floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which also makes the most beautiful decorative painting in the home.

Through the integrated overall wooden space scheme of doors and wall cabinets, the designer constructs a pure home language expression, creating a low-key and luxurious space beauty for this single-family house.

In the communication with Mr. Yang, we also felt the charm of the space from another perspective. From design to presentation, the villa decoration has gone through three years. Normal decoration is based on the building itself to present the space. For this residence, the designer adopts the technique of backward deduction, first from the space design to meet the living needs of the owner, and then adjust the building structure, and finally let the space design scheme achieve a one-to-one restoration in the improved building.
