Participants:
This competition is open to the public to solicit entries, and all units, schools, enterprises, short video enthusiasts and other related groups and individuals can participate.
Requirements:
There is no restriction on the genre of the work, and the duration is less than 3 minutes. Get creative and shoot professionally or on a mobile device. The video resolution is 1920*1080 and above, without watermarks and logos.
The work must be original and the first work, the copyright must be clear, and the copyright, music, font copyright and portrait authorization must be undisputed, and the creativity must not be plagiarized. Submission means that the organizing committee is authorized to use it for the promotion of the event or the exhibition of works.
The copyright and dissemination rights of the award-winning works belong to the organizer, and the registration is deemed to have the copyright handed over to the organizer. Winning or controversial works on other platforms are not allowed to participate.
Artwork Materials:
The works should be based in Shinan District, Qingdao, including but not limited to: mountain and sea scenery, cultural customs, industrial development, positive social energy (good people and good deeds), cultural inheritance, business advantages, etc. Highlight landmarks, city brands, and elements of the times. There is texture, topic, and innovation.
Awards:
1 first prize, 5,000 yuan in cash and award certificate
2 second prizes, 3,000 yuan in cash and award certificate
3 third prizes, 2,000 yuan in cash and award certificates
10 outstanding works will be awarded, and prizes and award certificates will be awarded.

The collection of entries is from April 10th to April 30th, and participants must publish a vlog on their personal Douyin account (WeChat video account can be released simultaneously) and add the topic "#赏花海市南游最美海湾".

Grading Criteria:
The number of likes will be used as one of the measurement criteria for the selection of works, of which: the number of likes on the work accounts for 30% of the score, and the expert opinion accounts for 70% of the score.
The judges of the competition will reply to the winning works by email before May 15, and participants should pay attention to the email information.
